Sage Line 50 - Jamming Up For Different User
#1
![Question](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Sage Line 50 installed in W2K
Use as Administrator - NP
Use as another user then it jams![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
I've reset the permissions on the \program files\line50 directory to allow "that user" full access...
Anything else?
Or anyone know about this?
Don't want them logging in as Administrator, do we?

Line 50 throws various DLLs around the shop ![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Check privs on them ie WinNT\System.
What OS etc Puff?
If you ring Sage, they'll probably blame it on a Realtek network card

Usually start SG something IIRC?
Edit to say check the Sage ODBC config for the none admin profile matches the one on admin.

Puff...sounds as though you have the network version and is based on yer server. Have you installed direct to server first. we then added the workstations after. The faiult we had after uninstalled everything is that we cocked up the install on 2 workstations. When uninstalling u have remove every single last trace of the programme. Then clean install again and its worked a treat since then. We are using Financial controller.

Don't actually need to 'install' on the server if you want FC on a LAN.
I can BIAS [1] without needing to go near the server apart from creating the Sage share these days![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
