Question

It appears that this information is unavailable, not only on all of the Informix online documentation, but on all of the web! Can anyone help me out, and let me know what commands I should be using.

TIA

Gary.

What do you want the user to do?
if i recall correctly, you can add them using the onmenu command and so add them via the on screen menus.

Thanks for looking folks.

I'm looking to install the Perl DBD module for Informix, and use it in conjunction with an existing schema. Before I go ahead and run 'make install' on the module, I want to run 'make test' to run the self-tests. Now I expect these tests will be well behaved, and won't trash an existing schema, but since it contains several gigabytes of business critical data, I can't take the risk (a restore would take ages). So what I want is a standalone user in the database, with a meg or so of space, and create/drop table privileges on its own schema etc to run the self-test safely.

Gary.
