There is a Freelancer Demo on Fileplanet and it's pretty good !

I would but it's 153Mb .....my ISP would have a fit !

It allows you to play around in 1 system until you get to level 2.

Full product should be available as of 3rd March according to the Demo.

Not sure that will work 'cos of the way it interacts with Fileplanet and the need for a registration key.....

got the key, started install , then asked for CD1 ???


Anyone got it running ?

Ahh, sorted that .. requires DX9 installing before you start ...

ooooo , that's nice .. Pity about the text problem on ATI cards on the demo, but there is a workaround in the readme...

Looks like I have found the next game purchase ...
