F-Disk is a tool built into the earlier versions of windows which displays the partition information of a drive.
Go to the commant prompt, and type in FDISK
IIRC it is option 4 in the menu that comes up which will display the partition information.

Ok you have a couple of options at this point!
1 - Buy some software like Partition Magic, and resize the partition.
2 - Format the PC, from scratch, delete the current partition and build a new partition using the full size.
3 - creat a second partition and logical drive, this would make your PC appear to have 2 drives.

Just create a second drive.
Boot off a floppy - run fdisk
Create extended partition - then create logical drive - thats it.
You will then get an 11Gb d: drive
Its better to have 2 partitions - put your data on D: and leave the OS on C: so if it ever needs reinstalled you can just blast the c: drive and you still have your data.

Not sure what partition 1 (None DOS) is doing claiming to be 100% of disk space.
Backup anything on the PC, boot from a floppy and use FDISK to delete both existing partitions.
Then create one large FAT32 partition, reboot, format and install Win98.
