Anyone know how i can export my mail, contacts, calendar, etc from Outlook from a command line.

I know how to do it from the menus but want to set up a weekly recurring task so that it is done automatically, and hence need to know the command line for it.

Or else use one of those "keystroke" macros to automate the start up of Outlook and export to file process.

Thought for a nanosecond about a VB macro and then dismissed it. I am a VB gumby you see
