Its whats put me off getting one.
Because i dont have any of that sort of memory.
you'd have thought they'd have supported one of the most trusted ram modules really.
Whats it like?? Im temped getting one running dual DDR400 and XP2500

I've been running dual Cas 2 XMS3500 dimms in my Nforce 2 board for nearly 6 months with no problems.
What I do know thou is that Twinmos memeory is a BIG NO NO with the shuttle system and on board gfx, that stuffs things up big style.

Congrats...at last![Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/rolleyes.gif)
Mine's good now too...with a XP1800+ and a stick of Corsair 512MB PC2700 RAM. Solid as a rock.
Just waiting for the XP2400+ to be returned under RMA and I'll give that a whirl...

Model SN41G2
Having spent the last 2 weeks attempting to solve a problem with my system failing to POST I've finally tracked down the cause, and solution, which I'm publishing here to help fellow Scooby SHuttle owners. Ok here goes:
PROBLEM:
SN41G2 fails to POST (boot)
SYMPTOM
After recently changing BIOS settings, when turning my system on, all I got was the noise of the SN41G2 powering up - but no display - just a black screen. The system was failing to POST (boot) at all. 2 weeks were spent removing this, that, tweaking this, that, etc...
SOLUTION
Although the SHUTTLE website FAILS to mention it, and Overclockers were UNAWARE of it, it is, in fact, a KNOWN bug with any nforce2 based systems.
Apparently, when matched with Corsair Low-Latency RAM, specifically, TWINX3200 or XMS3200LL, the system WILL fail to POST (boot).
While Nvidia are working on a solution and indeed Asus have released a BIOS revision for their boards to addres this, SHUTTLE as yet have not. Therefore, a work-around is as follows:
- Turn system off
- Remove existing RAM
- Find some other type of RAM (not PC3200 Low Latency) & insert it.
- Follow procedure to clear CMOS (manual page27, Jumper JP1)
- Turn system on (should POST now)
- Hit DEL to enter BIOS
- Immediately without changing settings hit F10 (SAVE & EXIT)
- Let system reboot
- Turn system off
- Install your PC3200 Low Latency RAM
- Turn system on
Hey Presto - back in business.
Sorry the procedure isn't shorter, but its the best there is until the BIOS revision comes out.
Hope this saves you many wasted hours(!)

J1nxy, the problem applies only to the low-latency stuff eg. part number TWINX1024-3200LL Even then I think its only the 512MB chips.
Suffice to say I wasted far too much time trying to get the damn thing to POST. Kicking myself now for not visiting all the websites' FAQS appropriate to the components I put in, DOH!
You wouldve though bloody SHUTTLE would've at least mentioned it!
