Outlook 2002 problems

Hey up,
Anyone come across this?
Every time I try to check my e-mails (POP3) it asks me for my account password, even when I have ticked the "remember password" check box in my account settings.
It does this on all of the accounts on my PC
It has been fine for months, just started it recently.
I have tried installing SP2 for office and following this from MS
Knowlage base tip
Running XP-SP1, Office XP-SP2,
