Can't create a new message!

When I try to create a New Mail message Outlook Express gives me an error message! The message just says error opening program. Also Outlook Express says the address book isn't installed properly. I have downloaded Internet Explorer 6 from Microsoft and the problem is still there, any ideas?

I once had a similar problem with OE. Can't remember how i fixed it, but how i found the fix was to type the key words from the error message into google and/or google groups.
Give that a go.

What version of windows are you running? Sometimes a reinstall of your OS will sort out your niggles. Depending on which version you have you might have a "fix" option.
