An estate agent has sent us an email for a property that we're interested in

6.3mb in Microsoft Publisher format

I am in possession of Office XP, so I'm wondering if there is a reader only available on the web?

Any advice will be helpful. Only want to read the bloody thing & see if its suitable

I've never seen a Publisher reader.

Haven't they heard of Acrobat (or small attachments for that matter)?
