ive found loads info on babbage and other mathmatical break throughs.
But i cant find any information on GPU, Monitor and Keyboards.
Im trying to conver Input/output devices, tried google and a few books i have.
nothing about the history. Any pointers

Xerox Palo Alto Research Center (PARC)
did a lot of the ground breaking research and trials of GUI's - mouses etc...

Xerox came up with the idea of the GUI in 1973 using a mouse.
The keyboard would have followed on from the typewriter-style machines they used to create punch-cards IIRC.

well keyboards are just an extension of typewriters... from back in the day...
according to this DEC made the first commercial typing keyboard and monitor in 1960:
