You could try time.uk2.net
129.6.15.28 or
132.163.4.103
Currently use these with a little app called automachron available from http://oneguycoding.com.
Could not get the timeserver to work on XP might be something to do with my proxy connection but gave up after 20 mins of fiddling! If you get it working please share with the rest of us
