Was looking at a way of running multiple operating systems on a single PC without having to clart on with partitioning, re-boots.

This is a wonderful product.

I would suggest anyone in the market for a similar product check this out.

Also look at www.vmware.com. The latest version runs all versions of windows etc. Use it at work to do testing of AD setups, SMS etc.

One thing to note, they both eat memory when running multiple OS, to run more than 2 or 3 additonal os's 1GB is very useful.

It might be worth pointing out VirtualPC doesn't support hardware dongles

J1nxy - does VMWare ?

I will be installing VMWare on a largish project rollout soon,
will be able to see & test it first hand.
Hopefully its gonna be a lot easier than partitions all over.

The company I work for use hardware dongles to control licensing so have used them a fair bit. Vmware does support them on either a USB or LPT1, you just add the appropriate port type to the hardware config.

Ah, cool J1nxy - thats where VirtualPC fell over, although its interface and video seems better.

Will give VMWare a go over the weekend.

Thanks again for the heads up!
