Hello.

I will shortly be changing from my 1mb Cable Broadband to an ISDN set up when I move house.
Is it possible to tweak my present set up so that I slow the download speed from 1024k to 128/64k to give me some idea of what it will be like?

My friend has a bandwidth restricting prog which taps onto your NIC and restricts the traffic. No good if you're using a router though...

I'll find out a link for you...

Thanks but I have sorted it now.
I downloaded a program called Webspeed Simulator which is used by web designers to see how their sites perform at different connection speeds.
