Didn't think SN ran the thing. Isn't it run by someone who happens to post on here?
On another note ....
Are there any plans to create a Scoobynet FAQ? For example, painting calipers, swapping pads/discs, changing backbox, etc.. You know, they stuff that gets asked a gzillion times on here.

aye, and you can go stick that 2Mb pipe where the sun don't shine too ![Stick Out Tongue](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/tongue.gif)

I was thinking more of the 'community'. People delete old pics from their webspace, so old posts tend to lose pics. The uploader was our saviour until it went t!ts up.
Now if we had a sticky FAQ, then no problemo but SN wouldn't want all their BW nabbed either![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)

The uploader is not ran/hosted/paid for by Scoobynet.
It is a free service that has been utilised for many months now. Anyway, it's not just us that have not been able to use it.
Hats off to the chaps that hosted the facility, it's been an tremendous utility.
Unfortunately I imagine that the costs to keep it going are mega. ![Frown](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/frown.gif)
Sorry folks, but it looks like you will have to use your own webspace.
If I find out any information in the meantime I will let you know.
Regards,
Shaun.

Information taken from Turbosport
The UPLOADER has been restricted to SCINETPARTNERS customers only we are undergoing a transition on our network and will be loosing 50% of our bandwidth for a while until we have a new router in place.
I am unsure of exactly how I will make the uploader work from then on as we are going onto a cost per 1mb and the uploader peaks at 3mb for most of the day our cost for this will be over £500 per month
The service has always been free and run using our spare resources so the only option's I have is to stop the service or charge for it and I don’t really want to have the hassle of making it a pay service and I am not sure that webmasters would pay anyway.
When the fog clears I will reassess the situation and there is a possibility to create a more secure script to stop the many sites that have been uploading the files then direct linking to them and using them on other non authorised sites and reducing the file size to say 50k.
Regards
Clint
