Laserjet printing double the amount of copies

I have a user with a laserjet 1100.. if you ask for 5 copies, it prints 10. any ideas before i bother getting out of my seat and walking in the rain [img]images/smilies/mad.gif[/img].

alternatively - go into printer properties
select advanced options
in there somewhere will be something along lines of "Copy Count"
if set to 2 it will print 2 copies for every 1 requested
