How to Transfer "favourites" from one PC to another?

I would like to transfer all my "Favourites" to a new PC. How can I do this without copying and pasting individually?

write the folder to a cd then just put on new pc it will overwrite the old folder

Stupid Question: but where is the file folder with all my favourites in it? I just did a search of C and came up with nothing!

In XP its in Documents and Settings/[username]/favorites

Another way would be to use the Import and Export provided by Internet Explorer in the file menu...

Did it via "Import/Export".
