Cheapest Vodafone PAYG Sim Card?

A couple of years ago I paid £7.50 for an Orange pay as you go sim card - I've been looking for a Vodafone sim card on the web and the cheapest I can find is £19.95 - it must be a voucher top up sim card as seen here: http://www.mobileaccessoryshop.co.uk/prepaysims.shtml
Surely they haven't gone up this much??
A bit skin flint of me, but does anybody know where I can get hold of one for cheaper?
Thanks!
Andy.

Hello mate try this one..... The card is free and you only have to use once a month for the first three months.. Also you get 99 free text a month... And yes it is also on vodafone...

Looks good but it's actually for my mum who isn't likely to be texting anybody - she's a 100% technophobe!
Looks like an excellent deal but I'm specifically looking for a pay as you go.
Thanks!
Andy.
