Samsung T100 repairs - any ideas?

Mobile phone people - need your help...
Wifey's just scratched (deeply) her 3-month-old Samsung T100 (titanium).
It needs a new front clear perspex/plastic sheet and surrounding plastic. Here's some piccies.....
Can anybody help me get this fixed (replacement parts etc) - I will pay (obviously).
Otherwise, I'll have to claim on her mobile phone insurance
Any suggestions ASAP - she's just had a baby and is upset (she really likes her phone)

do a quick search on ebay. i've bought replacement screens for my old nokia from here before....
failing that when i nearly completely wrecked my nokia 8850 (the gunmetal one) by dropping it and leaving it covered in scratches and dents i claimed off my mobile insurance by telling them what i'd done and they swapped it! £25 excess and a new phone
