Lycos Mail Problem...

When I signed up for my Lycos mail account about a month ago there was a programme on the site (somewhere ) that you could download, which automatically configured MS Outlook to synchronize itself with Lycos webmail everytime you did a send/receive. This was great for me as I like to do all of my Mail management via Outlook.
For some reason though - doing a search now only reveals settings for POP3 access Does anyone either a) know the settings for IMAP/HTTP? Or b) know where the configuring utility has gone?!

Anyone 
I'm really stuck with this - everything was working fine before, but I forgot to backup my settings and now they don't seem to be available anywhere
Standard POP access is doing my head in...
