NetShareDel will delete a named share but you'll have to build the list to be deleted first. Haven't got the Win32 API in front of me so can't help further just now.

I dont want to remove the share. Basically we have some crap software which people have to connect to a share on another pc. That pc keeps running out of connections because the program doesnt close sessions properly.
I need something to periodically boot off all open connections.

they arent specific share management examples but looks like you will have to manage the share from the machine its shared on? if that makes sense.. then enumerate the connections to that share.

Thanks for the links i'll have a look thru. I looked on PSC myself and got fed up of it timing out!
The program can run on the "server" machine, so that's not a problem. Just need to stop all these files being "open" as its causing the RPC to respond with "too many connections open".
