Hello All
After yesterday killing msblast off my computer i now have another problem with outlook express which i hope someone can help with!
I need to check my emails daily as it is part of my business but i have a large email that is first to download. Outlook does not download it though, it will download the message for about half an hour but then there is an error saying that the system has been inactive for too long or something like that!
However there are more and more emails stacking up behind this one, does anybody know of a way that you can skip this message being downloaded or get it to actually download.
Any help will be great
TIA
Rich

Various options:
If your ISP provides webmail, use this to view/delete the offending item.
If not, but you know who the sender is, you can set up a (temporary) rule not to download it.
Failing that, you can set up a similar rule not to download files over a particular size (you would need to play with the size to get it just under the size of the offending message so that all others download)
