ive seen and used that basic tweak programme that was reccomended here some months ago. Are there any other changes/hacks that can be made to enable faster downloads???

There's a few registry changes that you can do.
You can tweak it for online gaming = slightly slower downloads. Or for faster downloads.
doesnt really make a big difference.
What ver of windows you have ?
