Nero burning
#1
Anybody able to offer some advice on burning a movie onto cd rom?
I have downloaded SWAT onto the harddrive but when I try to use Nero it says the files arent mpeg etc.
I am new to this - any advice much appreciated
The files are all called tcs-swat.r01, tcs-swat.ro2 etc
The numbers are obviously the sequence, I can play the movie through divx player?
Help!!!!

sound like a bit torrent rar file to me. these need to be extracted to form a video stream them encoded to what ever format you want. i would recommend TMpeg for the re-encoding. if it is a Divx rip then it will need to be re-encoded in NTSC format.

after you unpacked them and got 40 odd files.. open winrar/ ace/ zip or whatever you have and drag all the files into it.. and tell it to extract.. you should end up with probly 1 iso or bin file . or maybe 1 or 2 mpegs

but seriously when you dont have the codec email me and ill sort you out as i know lots of films that wont play because of one little codec, and its always people who really think they have the codec
just realised when i read your 1st post again , did you get swat from the brturbo site cause if you did itll be a divx film and wont play in a normal standalone dvdplayer so writing to cd wont help you
