I'd take your pick from www.dabs.com, www.komlpett.co.uk and www.ebuyer.co.uk.

They're my usual 3 places anyway

Be warned with ebuyer though. If you are ordering a number of bits on one order, they wait until all items are in stock together before shipping

Or alternatively they ship you a completely random set of bits

'Fraid I have to recommend you avoid E Buyer, try a search and see why.

Guess I was lucky then

Why does it take so many attempts to write things correctly when you get back from the pub!!!!

E-Buyer can kiss my @rse

Nothing but grief for me from E-Buyer and I'm not the ony one. Having said that, many people use them daily with no problems at all.

I and others use them to get a good idea of what are he best prices around and then go elsewhere and get them to match it The reveiws onsite are pretty useful too, shame their warehouse staff are a few resistors short of a circuit board.

E-Buyer, whilst being dirt cheap can cause problems.

I have had a mixed affair with them.

That said - you pay for what you get.

Komplett have never messed me around and offer great components (although they have been involved in a couple of mis-pricing shambles - where things were priced ridiculously cheap - and they didn't accept those orders).

Dabs are probably the largest e-tailer in the UK for PC bits - generaly good, but can mess things up to.

Best to go to PC World

As well as Komplett, Scan, Dabs & Novatech I'd recommend http://www.medwaycomputercomponents.co.uk. He's a ScoobyNetter, offers a superb level of customer service and may even do you a little discount if you ask nicely Highly recommended if you're fed up with the usual hard to contact, faceless companies.

Scan's customer service is a shambles - even bigger than E-Buyers.

Saying that, I haven't used them for a while, so maybe things have improved?

Scan also have good prices, especially on their Today Only page... but one problem and be prepared to come close to suicide.

Really ? Not used them for quite a while
On their website it also mentions delays currently due to a new warehouse or something.

I use Watford aka Savastore.com - delivery is always fast; they don't have massive descriptions for things though.

ebuyer - cheap but can have few probs with orders
dabs - have a wide variety of hardware but are slightly expensive but good customer services
komplett - relatively cheap but are the worse company ive ever dealt with.......they also a lieing bunch of bar stewards
scan - prices have been going up there for a while, £10 delivery and their variety of hardware isnt that good
ccl computers - good prices, customer services and delivery times but not so good product choices

no matter where you shop theres always the chance your order could get f00cked up. So the way i buy is to find the best deal and buy from there

Scan is fine to collect stuff from, I find their remote support and sales support somewhat lacking...
