please help/internet problem

my computer keeps shuting itsself down randomly when online, it comes up with a message saying something like; SHUTDOWN IS AUTHERISED BY NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM and MUST RESTART BECAUSE THE REMOTE PROCEDURE CALL (RPC) SERVICE TERMINATED UNEXPECTICALLY. it then counts down one minuite and shuts down,
can anyone help

Which anti virus do you run, and when was it last updated ??
