My laptop is running NT4 (service pack 6) & recently it's been running v slow. I found that naimas.exe was using 98% of cpu, so rather than delete it I renamed it. Performance is much improved but it now runs autocheck everytime it's rebooted.
What is naimas.exe & what's the best way of disabling/removing it ?

at a guess, I would say it has something to do with a network associates program (i.e. mcaffee virus scan etc)
