I got a MP3 backup and the entire album is in 1 file, has anyone worked out a good way to split it up, so when you write the cd there are individual tracks ?

Thanks Phill

Just found this program and it works very well!!!

Only trouble is you have to listen to it, and mark it manually

Have you tried using a program called M3A extract its a free program from birdcagesoft.com.

It might be able to split the file into individual mp3's, but I think it only works if it contains an ID3 tag.

Dont suppose it came with a .cue file did it? These usually contain the different track times, so you can just find a piece of software that will split from .cue files.
