Sold my old pc to a family member recently but the motherboard has developed a fault. (we think lol)
I've tried e-mailing ASUS techy support via their website address but it bounces.
The board is an Asus A7V-VM rev 2.02.
I cant find a listing for this board on the Asus site either, must be because it was OEM shipped inside a HP pavillion 7880.

So what I want to do is replace it at minimal cost (as you do )
i.e keep the 1100mhz athlon that's in it along with the 384MB of 133Mhz RAM

Any ideas as I'm running out of em.

also posted on overclockers forum but as yet, no reply.

If its a full size motherboard then this is a pretty close swap.

Just noticed you still want to use the SDRAM too. I say, ditch the case and get a new ATX one. Should be able to pick one up pretty cheap.
