Question Anyone tried X-Link (X-Box) through dial-up?

When to my brothers house on Friday and played a few games over his broadband with other X-box players via X-link. We had tow X-boxes at his house and played a few games of Halo and Rainbow Six3. Had a great time.

I don't have broadband and want to see if it would play OK on dialup. Has anyone tried it? I know I should not be the host, but would it play OK with 4 others?

Looks like a bit of a pain to set up so don't want to go to all the trouble if it's not going to work..

Cheers

it may work depends on the game i suppose, you certainly wouldn't be able to host though

Plus you'll probably find a problem with latency. I've noticed with Xbox Live (which is a slightly different beast I know) that not much traffic is transferred.
