Photoshop Effect Question
Is there an effect in photoshop where i can choose some edges and it will make them look like they're MIG welded?

Filter | Sketch | Chrome on the menu of Photoshop CS, might be the same on PS 7.
This usually gives a good effect if you add a little nosie afterwards. But the effect always depends on what it is you are "chroming".
