Clock running too fast ??
Hi All,
I've got a Shuttle PC and the clock appears to be running about 20mins fast each day. I'm forced to use a Internet based time sync program to keep it in check. I tend to leave the computer on all the time.
I've spoken to technical support for this product and they said they've heard of the BIOS clock running too slow but not the opposite. He suggested changing the battery but 'Duuurr' thats only relevant if the machine is off!
Has anyone experienced a similiar issue on their PC?
Cheers
Frank

I have the opposite to you, most of our Dell Win 2K & XP machines are running slow. Mine for example looses about 10 mins per day. Need to ring them and find out what is going on. My ipaq 2210 does it as well, is there some conspiracy going on.

Sillysi - multiple machines? 2K and XP will often pull the time from a DC during logon (if you're runing with a domain) so a wrong time on the server will end up on the workstations.
