XP Desktop Properties
To change the desktop wallpaper, I would usually go to Properties > Desktop tab, browse to and select the JPG pic I want to use and the thumbnail will update to show a representation of the new desktop - click apply and the wallpaper changes.
However, on one machine here it will only do this with .BMP files, not JPG/JPEG. So I have to open the JPG in IE, right click it and Set as Background.
How do I correct it?
