Default good scanner for a paperless home office

im going to be working from home soon and need to go paperless...any good scannes you can suggest?

it needs to be able to handle a few docs at once at i dont want to have to stand by it and feed paper in!

double sided scanning would be cool too.

and do i need software as well? what does it scan images as?

Couldn't tell you any specific models without looking into it more, but I had a look in the local computer superstore place near me and they had some great home-office orientated devices. Printer/Scanner/Photo-copier/Fax all combined into one unit with sheet feeder for scanner/copier/fax use. I guess all the required software would come with it! Various models available from HP, Cannon, Epson etc. Check out thier websites!
