Default Cant get wireless network working

Hi peeps,

Hope someone can help with this.

I have a wireless network consisting of a Netgear WGR614 V4 (54g) and a Linksys 54g network card. This is working in a desktop unit (HP D230)

I can get them to see each other but they only work at 1 Mbit per second, after some fiddling. Otherwise it cant see it at all. As for signal strenth, it says poor, although at the moment the devices are less than a metre from each other.

All WEP/Mac restrictions etc are turned off.

Any ideas ?

DWL 810 11mpbs

Try knocking the wireless channel up or down several channels and watch the strength indicators - you need at least 90% for a stable fast connection.
