Is there a sequel to the Getaway? Or anything very similar to get my hands on? TBH I prefered the Getaway to GTA VC.

Bought the first one and it was bo11ocks - sold it on ebay. I was really looking forward it and it turned out to most dissappointing.
Rubbish graphics, appalling controls - IMHO it only sold in bucket loads because of the language.
Apparently my copy was a rarity too because it still had the BT van in before it got withdrawn and was removed.
Will be too busy playing MGS 3, Killzone, GT4 & Ratchett & Clank 3 anyway...
that reminds me - need a new memory card - filled this bu55er!

Hi
I am playing Grand Theft Auto Vice City at the moment and its very addictive but what i am getting fed up of is the Hidden packages and the Rampages its taking me a way from the real game.
I would love to play a game like this with out all the add on stuff.
Is Getaway like this and what else is out there like GTA VC ?
Thanks Chel xxx

Chel,
You don't have to collect the hidden packages/rampages to complete the game... However if you want to get a 100% completion score then you can always go after these at the end....

Getaway is much more linear game than Vice City.
But the open-endedness of the GTA games is one of their biggest plus points!
I flogged my copy of Getaway on ebay after I completed it (about a week's effort). Got £40 for it when only bought it new in the shops for £35 so hype can't be that bad a thing![Big Grin](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif)
