Default Outlook Stationery.

How do I make a GIF logo on an Outlook Stationery template stay where I put it? I'm trying to make a simple HTML template for outlook, with a logo in the top left corner.

Using Frontpage, I've placed the logo in the correct position, and when saved and reopened in FP it looks OK, but when I attempt to use it in Outlook, the logo is below my signature block, and I have to click and drag the logo back to the correct place. Can't see anywhere in FP to "stick" the logo in an absolute position.

Any clues?
Office XP if it's significant.
