deleted temp files now browser not accepting cookies???
deleted all temp files and cookies to clear the cashe and now i just tried loggin in on ebay and it told me my browser not accepting cookies?

Check your cookie settings (from Internet Explorer menu go to Tools > Internet Options) and click on the Privacy tab. Click advanced and make sure that automatic cookie handling has not been overridden (the box should be unchecked)
Go to ebay and press CTRL and F5 together - this will re-load the page from the server and hopefully set you a new cookie.
