As per title
How does the postcode look up work ? Do you use the full postcode or just the suffix ?
How do you find the unit in general ?
TIA

Tom Tom only looks up the first part IIRC, on my PDA I had to d/l a seperate prog that interfaces with Tom Tom to get the full look up. I believe you can also download them to PDA as POI's...........

I bought one the day they were released and have been very happy with it ![Smile](https://www.scoobynet.com/images/smilies/smile.gif)
The postcode search isn't great - you type in the first 4/5 digits and then go by road name and house number.
The only thing it doesn't like is toll roads (ie the M6 toll where it trys to make you exit at every junction), but aside from that I've found it to be very accurate and pretty easy to use
