Using a Netgear DG834G, it is a piece of cake to set up and use, also I got free USB2 WG111 too for using on the other PC. Other offers about too with free PCI version card instead.

Andy.

PS. Got mine from www.shop.bt.com as they were doing free delivery too, ordered 2pm Friday, arrived 0930 Saturday morning via Citylink. Hard to beat that service and all for £96.99

D-Link, Netgear, Linksys -- all much of a muchness, IMHO. Steer clear of Belkin.

Vigor is good gear, you do pay a little more but if you can aford it, or are getting it for nothing, then go for it. If it is a new one it is worth updating the firmware just to be running the latest version. I've been running one (not wireless) for maybe 4 years or so now, no problems and mine came from the very first batch way back when you had the USB green frog attached to the ADSL line. Have talked mates into buying them as well and know of no problems with them either.
