2 PC's - how many software licences?

Already have a desktop for my wife's business with XP Pro and Office Pro. Buying a laptop for same business (1 person business) - we'll have exactly the same software on the laptop, do we need to purchase fully licensed software for the laptop. If the 1 licence covers both machines, how would I go about getting CD to install?
Thanks

There's a grey area where some people say that if you only use the software on 1 machine at a time it's ok.
By the letter of the law though you need a license per machine. Although by already having Windoze and Office installed and licensed on 1 machine, you have got more than a lot of people
I don't think M$ ill chase you for 1 copy of Windows/Office.

You will need to purchase the software again. As Sinky said, 1 licence per machine.
The install CD's will be included in the software box
