Cor, you posting on SN, you better be careful lol
Why not pop over here and have a snoop about, might have the info you are looking for.
You might also want to peek through the FAQ's and setup stuff on PlusNet (I, well ok, the parents, use them for dialup, and I did read through thier DSL stuff when I was going to get DSL)

Driving lesson? And there I was thinking somone was a perfect driver lol, guessing it's her teaching somone (God help the poor lad! lol )
Glad to see BT isn't in that list
I think you might be able to get DSL modems that are not USB and have just Cat5 Ethernet connections. have a peek at this Draytek unit. Looks like it's an ADSL router with Cat5 connections, so apart from you having a router, it might be what you're looking for.
I don't think you'll find a ADSL modem with Cat5 output that isn't a router, though I could be wrong.

The good thing is that they do not close of your file sharing ports so that you are free to continuesharing files unlike some other providers.

Hello
I use Zen (http://www.zenadsl.co.uk). Not the cheapest, but they are reliable and fast.
I have a Sar-110 modem that plugs in to your router if you want to make me an offer (review here: http://www.adslguide.org.uk/hardware...q1/sar_110.asp)
Steve.
