PDA / GPS confusion

PDA / GPS confusion
Narrowed things down to Tomtom3 with TT BT receiver but every place I look has different combo's and deals on.
This one shows a car mount, does anyone know if it actually has a car mount in the box:
http://www.expansys.com/product.asp?code=TOMTOM3BTUK
I've seen others that look like they have a mount but then say "car kit needed".
Any advice, pointers or recommendations gratefully received...!!!

Hi,
I bought that exact package from Expansys and it includes Tomtom software, charger for gps unit, installation instructions, and the gps unit itself.
Hope this helps

Try www.totalpda.co.uk for some good deals.
Also try www.pocketgps.co.uk, has reviews on most combinations of setups plus other useful information.

I know you guys are talking about bundled stuff here but I was just looking for a GPS receiver and since I will only be using it in my car I found this Arkon Powered GPS mount which seemed to fit the bill:
http://www.arkon.com/gpsmount.html
It's fab! Didn't want to go the BT way and just wanted something cheap. Very sturdy and good value. Does just what it says on the tin (ok, box!). Reception seems pretty good (ok I haven't been very far yet) but I use it with TT Nav 3 and it's very quick to pick up that I have ignored the directions

I've got one of those Arkon mounts in my transit van. It is sturdy, and has a good suction cup (never fell off!). The only downside to it, is it's a little bulky, but that is not an issue in the transit. The prices on that link are rather high too. I got mine from ebay, boxed as new for £27, that was with an extended arm, (for the long das in the van). Cant fault it though.

Got the TT3 from there as well, orderd at 11:45, shipped by 14:15, hopefully will arrive in one piece tomorrow.
Will report on receipt.
Thanks for the feedback.

Yep HankScorpio, exactly the same as mine. Forgot to mention, the speaker is very loud too! works very well at amplifiying the voice commands. (until the silly bint's voice annoys you, then you turn her down!)
