Help needed building a website for college project
I’m building a website for a college project. Basically its going to be a website full off scooby desktop wallpapers as some off you may know who allowed me too use their pics (once again many thanks).
Thing is for this project I have too show development throughout the process off creating it, including planning.
And one off the main stages is potential user feedback, finding out what potential users requirements are etc
so my question too you lot as potential users off my Scooby wallpaper background site,
what kinds off things would you like too do on the site?
What kinds off things would you not want too do on the site??
And what would you like too see on the site??
Any comments suggestions would be much appreciated
thanks in advance SDW

1. it would be nice to have an ability to chat to a webmaster if needed at anytime, also a chat facility full stop is good. also a forum is allways good so comments can be made.
2. I dont like the idea that a comment can be vaped because its "not politically correct" or to one persons liking, so any posts that are placed are the sole persons responsibility, so if i say something thats libellous its my responsibility to remove it or keep it, and obviously my price to pay.
3. its a screensaver site, so make sure theres something for everyone, including the adults, but make sure there is a date of birth entrance etc. and of course it must be really sleezy

Test site out before publishing to make sure links all work.
Dont make graphics too big ( use jpegs or gifs ), or they can take too long to open.
Use javascript and flash if possible to make it quicker.
....errrmmm i'm sure the web devs will be along soon

1) make sure the html is compatitble with all browser, not just IE, so investigate the required html standards
2) Think about the design from users perspective, nobody wants to wait while a 5mb web page renders. Have a look at www.useit.com , Jakob Nielsen is a useablity expert.
3) make sure the page rendereres correctly for all screen sizes
