Converting to mp3 layer3
In need to a cd track to mp3 layer 3. I have I tunes but even running it through that its converting it to layer 4 amd the files coming out at 10mb. I need to drop the sample rate and size.
Any ideas how.

download a program called easy cd extracter, will rip and encode from the cd direct at any bitrate you please, will also encode wav files (and more) to mp3 in any bitrate you please too
