Bluetooth what,where help please.
Just treated myself to a D500 & want to set up bluetooth in the car & on the PC.
I have never tried the headset wrapped round your ear gizmo & am wondering how you guys find them compared to standard handsfree where you talk to the phone in its cradle & get your audio from an external speaker.
I know the headsets are getting smaller & lighter but how obtrusive or annoying are they to wear? What make/model is the dogs?Have heard good things of the Jabra BT250v.Or should I go for a Jabra SP100 speaker phone type set up?
Also does any brand of PC bluetooth dongle stand out from the crowd?
And one last question.Best place to buy any of the above?
THIS SITE SEEMS REASONABLE
Cheers Mark

Mark,
Link points to a shortcut on your local C: drive
I have the BT250 and think it's excellent. However, you do look a prat if you wear it in public outside of the car. I use mine with my phone and my Mac as a headset for Skype.
Got mine from http://www.expansys.com who I recommend.
I just picked up a no name USB Bluetooth dongle which I've had no problems with. I think D-Link and TDK are two of the more reputable manufacturers but can't really comment.
Cheers,
Alex
