Prt Scr to JPEG

I know how to copy & paste it onto a word doc but how do I make a pic out of a screen print?

If you have Windows XP, the "Paint" applicaiton can now save as gif/jpeg etc. If not try grabbing a demo version of Paint Shop Pro from here

But that wont format your images for posting on the net unless you're rich and can afford the bandwidth
