Angry Windows language choice

How to change language defaults in Windows products.
Since I have had my laptop, it for some reason decided to be in Spanish. Not to bad I first thought as I may learn something, but it has now driven me nuts can someone point out to this dummy how to set all the programs to display in English?

or.. depending how bad your spanish is....

The green button in bottom left...
The whiteboard with a tick and a pen on it
The globe on a stand.
The second tab
the only clickable button
The drop down box.

Only a guess, but I suspect you'll need to re-install Firefox. It probably only installed the spanish language pack when you installed it, so will need to re-install to get it to install the english packs
