You Scooby guys have a team for Counterstrike?
Hello everyone..
Just popped in to ask if you guys would like to have a Counterstrike match against the FTO owners club..
Doesnt have to be anything serious (well not for the 1st 20seconds) Just an idea as we are hoping to build a team for the CS gaming leagues and ive been thinking of creating a Car Owners club league....
So anyone interested in a match, maybe you have a team already or would be willing to compile a group of players for a couple of hours 1 evening in the future..
Anyway I will leave it with you guys and see what you think...

im up for that on CS 1.6 or CZ. Im a Deputy clan leader of a CZ clan and we have a CZ server cant see any problems with us doing it their if a server is needed.
i dont currently have CS source at the moment though

Well thats a decent response, You guys that play source are you able to play CS1.6 as well?
I think it could be a real good laugh, though if we beat you, you wont ever hear the last of it :-)

yeah I play source mostly but still dabble on 1.6 when needed. as I say give us a time and place and I'll do my best to kick some ar$e

Lol class, so where and when guys, practise first should be good, how many do we have?
Matches were normally 5 v 5, but if they have a 16 man server I dont see why 8 v 8 wouldnt work, if we have more than 8 we can have 8 in the first half of the match then swap out so the others get a game.

And what game is it going to be on, by the looks of it the lads from the FTO forums play CS 1.6, not source (although i may be wrong)
PS a good idea may be to get xfire. Its a gamers chat program that allows you to join people on your list in the server they are playing. www.xfire.com

If you can we would prefer 1.6..for now but a few of our guys will be upgrading to source soon
Here is a neutral server that can host 32 players ( and can handle 32 players ) Its the home of the 69er clan but as most of those now play source the server is mostly empty with just a few guys playing in the evening.. I have no admin control on this server but it does have friendly fire switched on..3 Team kills and you are banned for 10mins.. but obviously you scooby mates will forgive each other?
If you can I will post a message for a practice session tonight in the FTO forum for about 8.30pm GMT.. So if you want to have a lil laugh and see what your up against then come along, dont know how many people will turn up maybe none?
Alot of our CS players have not been in the forum lately so its gonna be a while before everyone knows whats going on...
Server IP = 82.136.36.1:27015
Just treat tonight as a laugh and hopefully a few peeps will turn up, the server only plays standard 32player maps and rotates every 20mins.. ie Dust, Dust2, Aztec etc
Maybe you guys could put Scooby in ya CS name or something so we all know who belongs to what.. the FTO guys shouyld have FTO somewhere in the name...
Anyway maybe see you later...

think we r trying to change it to CS: Source as quite a lot of us have HL2 now - how different is CS 1.6? Gameplaywise...or is it really just the same but barrels don't fall over
Never got into CS (been playing FPS since Quake 1!) but got right into CS and play on LoonyAsylum or SimianCage servers (search the list on in game browser).
Also - we gonna have snipers or not? Also - AWP - allowed or banned? I hate snipers...spoils the fun when u go down cos some monkey in a tree shot u from 20 miles away
