Question PS2 controller - Which steering wheel

As I`m hooked on rally games I`m considering getting a steering wheel.

But which one? Is there anywhere you can go to try before you buy?
Are they better than the `standard` controller, or hard to get use to?

Any recogmendations would be great...

Neil.

Iv'e tried many wheels, but by FAR - the logitech driving force wheel is the best,
force feedback, not the normal rumble crap. It has 7lb motors in each side of the wheel to simulate different car driving styles. You can actually feel when the cars going to break away etc.
Arms do get a bit sore after using it for an hour or two.
Abusolutley superb wheel for gt3.

I hated that wheel on GT3, just rumbled all the time and pulled my arm off - I also had to steer really hard just to get the cars to turn in. On WRC2 at the time it was just unusable.

Took it back in the end.

I'm buying a top drive GT4 dual format this week - works on PS2 and Xbox for £30

With the release of GT4, will anybody be getting the Logitech Driving Force Pro? At £90 it will have to be pretty special over the £50 normal version.
