Want to put it on my phone to show to a mate. I can convert from mpeg to 3gp, but not from mov

I may be able to. What specs do you need for the output (fps, image size)?

 

Err. not sure. Anything really just as long as it is mpeg.

I can compress it and reduce the file size when i convert to 3gp.

OK. Done it. It's encoded at the same (as as close as I can) to the orignal frame details. It's about the 2.6mb as per the original. How do you want to get it? I don't have any webspace to host it. Not sure if your e-mail will accept this size file attachment?

best thing for it is quicktime pro you can output to loads and loads of different formats. Only 20 quid too!
